daz to character creator tried two different characters cant export them to cc4

i tried twice to export a character to daz following a youtube tutorial but i keep getting this error i have to say it is a character from the renderhub i then tested another character and that also failed to import in character creator 4 using cc3+.

Export to Daz (Studio, I assume) or from? Where does CC4 come into play?
