I download a third party. But I can't use it and it's a problem like this. How can I fix it?

Please attach your image, the forums do not support pasting images directly into the body text.

I could see the image by editing your post, and that usually means that you have applied soemkind of preset without having the target, the item it is meant to configure, selected. You can check the log file, as the message says, from Help>Troubleshooting>View Log File (the error would be at the end after the message appeared).

It heavily depends on what you downloaded and how you set it up.

And where you're looking for it. Quite a few 3rd party items don't have meta data and won't appear in Smart Content tab, but they'll be found in Content library tab.
