Welcome to Sigrun's House of Muscle :)

A collection of 7 muscle/fitness type poses for Genesis 8 Female (designed around the default shape). To use, select a figure and load any of the pose files; adjust for contact with floor/other objects and/or body shape as required. Can never have too many poses right?

    Thank you for these, they look very good. Well balanced and comfortable. Nice. Do think she should wash her bikini a bit cooler though, seems to have shrunk a bit ;) Regards, Richard..

    Always looking for more "Muscle Poses" !!

    Seems to work well even on "Leaner" models.
