Daz store images copyright?

I assume images of modesl from non-Daz creators is copyright, but what about the renders that Daz uses for it's own 'stock' models like the Genesis models for example

    because technically I could render the same exact same image, and rendered images by the standard daz license I can use both personally and commercially.

    Yeah, if you render it yourself then the image copyright is yours. But you still can't take the promo images as yours. You can certainly try to replicate them... but why would you? Wouldn't it be better to just do your own images following your own vision?
