New Items in Lost and found

New to all of this and have an issue that I can't seem to rectify. All of my newest product purchases are ending up in my Lost and Found folder area. How do I get them to their proper folders in Daz3D? I am lost and unable to create as most if not all of my available new content does not seem to load on my actors.

Lost and Found is a category, not a folder - it is on top of the the fiel placement, and is not functionally essential. That said, new items should not generally appear in Lost and Found, though one or two files from a product may (and then the product itself will in the products tab of Smart Content as the product will show in every category that holds at least one of its files).
How are you installing? Does the product actually work, category aside? Is it all files from a product or only some? Are these actually new products, or older products that are newly purchased for you?
