As one can tell from the four-month gap between the last post here and this post, this list doesn't get updated nearly as often as free aircraft models are released.
To fix that, we now have a wiki page for this list, that anyone (with an account) can update! Yes, you can still point out freebies in this thread, although it'll be faster if you add them directly to the wiki.

Hmm, this seems like the place to post this. I'm looking for a model of the Hughes H-4 Hercules, also known as the Spruce Goose. Has anyone seen one around for free or priced?

There are several skp to obj exporters around...look on Sketchucation for one.

Next trick: Aircraft cargo bays and other interior things. I found some airliner seats, but I'm looking for the cargo area and the cockpit area for some big planes, like the C-130 or the H-4
