Import MEL script error

So I have installed everything and even installed the PyMEL but after all that when I try to import a character i get this error code 

# Error: RuntimeError: file C:\Users\os\Documents\maya\modules\DazToMaya\scripts\d2m.py line 2403: Error occurred during execution of MEL script
line 1: line 1: Cannot find procedure "FBXImportMode".
