Key frame altering on own

Hello 

I'm just working on a mapusaurus walk cycle and I've just opened it to edit, and the key frames are changing from 60 frames to 30 frames on its own 

if someone can help I'd appreciate it

Didn't get you.... you open what? a preset or scene duf file.. ?
