Unable to save animations file error name??

Hi,

I tried to render and save a very simple animation, once rendered and finished I get constantly the pop up messager error "Try again or choose a new file name".

I tried changing name, like 50 times, always the same error. I tried different files too same error. I'm using an iMAC intel (the very last relesead before M1) I usually never have issue with Daz despite being MacOS.

Any help please??

Have you tried a different save location? How much space does that drive have free?

Lots of free space, another location tried as well. Same error. I have NO IDEA what's the issue :(

I'm getting this on an intel Mac now.  Was there a resolution?

You can't save a movie file on a Mac, it hasn't worked for quite a while. You can render the movie out as frames ("Image Series"), then import the frames ("Image Sequence") into QuickTime Player and save as whatver format you'd like. If you have sound, it can be merged with your movie in iMovie.

    Export:

    Import:

    Hope that helps.
