How do we make Genesis characters look behind their shoulder?

Hi everyone!
I was wondering if there was any trick I don't know about yet to make our Genesis characters look behind their shoulder? (Like on the picture I linked with this message)
I've been trying for an hour now and the neck and head of my characters just can't allow them to turn any further than their side while us, humans, can totally look behind our shoulder like on the picture here.
Is there anything I'm doing bad not to achieve the same result?

just change the limits settings for the twist parameter.. the little gear at the far end above the para slider ... it's usually set real low like 20/-20 ... go wild set it for a few thousand and do an animation with it advanced 45 each time... instant spinning head.
Turn off the limits on the head and neck, and add some twist to the chest/abdomen. I can turn my head 90 degrees to the side without twisting my upper body. Be carefull not to turn the head/neck too much, it might look unnatural.
Thank you so much guys!!!! It worked!
As long as you don't get your knickers in a twist you'll be doing fine.
