I want to put/move some item from Favorite menu to a toolbar.

But what is the name of Favorite menu in customize workspace window?

Cos, I looked, but can't find the Favorite menu.

Any of sub-items under Favorites menu must come from an Action. You first find the Action in the Actions List, then drag it to the Toolbar Group as needed.
