Frustration with UV Maps

With information from Richard some time ago, I know how to view the uv map of something. It would be a very good template for texturing, but I have no clue where on the computer those uv maps are hiding so I can make a copy, I also couldn't find a way to render or find a way to save it out or anything.

Can someone help me figure out how to get a copy of these maps to use as templates for texturing.

Item of interest is not from the Daz store, it's a G9F outfit by Arah, she used shaders to texture it so no image I can make a template from in the texture folder, only squares.

The UV mapping is in the geometry, it is a list of values matched up to the list of vertices as they define the polygons of the mesh. Any 3D modelling or mapping tool should eb able to export a UV template, if you give it an OBJ exported from DS. I usually use modo, but Blender will do the job, as I think will Hexagon or even the Classic version of UV Mapper.
