Hair messing up when rotating neck bones on blender

Diffeomorphic (1.7.0.1425)
Dazhairconverter add-on converted particle hair goes all over the place when I rotate using certain neck bones. As shown in the pictures. 1st picture is normal, 2nd is the error.
For some figures disconnecting hair and reconnecting fixes it but as for this one, disconnecting and reconnecting them ruins it even more.
Anyone know a fix for something like this?

Did you separate the scalp before converting ?
Does it happen with all hairs or only with this specific one ? If it's only this then post a link to the shop page.
Yes I did separate the scalp.
It's been very inconsistent with me. Some work out of the blue. Some I have to disconnect hair then reconnect hair. This particular one, doesn't work what I do.
So the first two circular neck bones work fine. It's always the head bone and the key shaped bone when it does that.

This is the hair and it's free.
I tried this Zoren Hair but have not seen such an issue. I used the latest DDI - 1.7.1.1566 and DazHairConverter 2.1.2
You may first try Easy Import or update to latest DDI ...
Were you using the MHX rig?
I tested zoren hair and for this one keyshaped bone works fine but the head bone doesn't.
I don't seem to have any issue here the zoro hair works fine. You have to select bottom up to convert the strips since this particular hair uses bottom up uvs.
Were you using the built in hair maker from diffeo? I used diffeo's and it worked otherwise if you used dazhairconverter I'm not sure what you mean by select bottom up.
Yes I am using diffeomorphic as per your request. The dazhairconverter has more limits and can't convert some hair types.
Yes, rigged...neck and head bones work all fine. And the rigging on your side seems not that correct... not sure... Have you updated MHX addon recently ?
I have the one that came with diffeo. MHX version is 1.7.0.0067...
Maybe I'm doing the process wrong? Just merge rig > convert hair > then rig to MHX right?
Yea, your process was correct, only my MHX version is 1.7.0.0069... but I found no info. related to such the issue in the Commits log of MHX runtime, not sure... Will you just update and try again?
