Apparently there's no dForce... I checked the morph list (http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/88510/file_list), there's no specific 'Wind Morphs' but quite a few 'Move Morphs'. You can either use these morphs or add dForce modifier by yourself...
