Great Horned Owl not exporting correctly

Hello, I bought the Great Horned Owl, and hoped to use it in a project, but no matter what I do, it keeps coming in inside out or invisible. Other products don't seem to have this problem. Inverting normals doesn't fix it. If anyone else here has had success exporting it, I'd very much appreciate some tips on how to do so successfully.

You export it to what software, with which format ?  This is obj exported to Blender. seems no problem...
