DAZ to Blender Bridge How?

1)Do you need DAZ Central for it?
(If this would be the only possible way to get it to work, then we're done here. 
I won't use DAZ Central)
2)I installed it with DIM. 
I only have it in Menue>File>Send To> DAZ To Blender.
Nothing at all in Menue>Scripts like it has been said.
3)How to install the opposite side of the Bridge in Blender?
When I open Blender 3.5.1, there is no dialog refering to the DAZ To Blender Bridge.

My DazStudio 4 application folder is located on D: drive.
My Studio>MyLibrary folder is also located on D: drive
Blender 3.5.1. is located on E: drive

    Install Manager is fine. The File menu is the corrct location, it was in the Scripts menu on initial release but that was later changed.

    Does Install manager know where Blender is  - Applications tab in Advanced settings

    No, Blender is not listed in the Applications tab of DIM
    I assume, I will have to add it.
    How am I doing this?
