NOTE: This list has been superseded by the Kururu list on the Poser and Daz Studio Free Resources Wiki - this list formed the original version of that wiki page. This list will remain here as a historical artifact.

This is a list of legally-free resources for the free Kururu character by "mato". While all of the resources listed here are free-to-own unless marked as a Paid Item, some of these models are only free-to-use for non-commercial purposes. It is the user's responsibility to remain in compliance with each model's license.

As always with my lists, contributions of links to other legal free resources for Kururu are not only welcome, they're encouraged.

Note: Some items are marked "Cosplay" - the term is short for "Costumed Roleplay," and (as it implies) items marked with this tag may make Kururu or her clothing look very much like a particular copyrighted character. It is the user's responsibility to remain in compliance with trademark and copyright laws.

    Sadly, there's a few broken downloads. The Sundress texture page merely links to a post on ShareCG that was removed, and Kururu Car Hop is no longer on poserverse.

    Unfortunately, I didn't have time to review all of the links on all of my lists before Re-posting Day. Kururu's list is one of the three that didn't get a review, and you've discovered some dead links that I should have found before making the post. My apologies...


    I'll clean up the list sometime this week.

    I appreciate the help - the more people who are looking at these lists and telling me that things have changed, the better these lists can be for everybody.

    The list is updated. I also noticed that "DC II Otome Set" comes with armbands and hair, so I updated the note on that line at the same time.

    Freelance Comics has a nice texture set for the Kururu Hatsune Miku Wear by casiopea.
    Not sure if he wants you to link to his blog or if you can link directly to the download page. So I am going to give you the link to his blog. If you look on the lefthand side there is an image that says Downloads/Descargas. Click on that and the textures are number 8. And there is a whole lot more there. His stuff is great.

    Dear chohole.
    As you know the entire freebie branch of this business is totally driven by hot air. If you take away the possibility for people to show there apparition for hard labour that people like robkelk put in to it it will cease to exist. So telling me that appreciation is wrong seems a bit strange. I can understand that this might not be the best place for it (or this discussion) on the other hand I can not come up with a better one.
    If there is you could tell me, I'm still new around here you know. ;-)

Rob does have a real life as well as a forum life, and can't update his first posts as often as he would maybe like, and it is easier if he doesn't have to tralw through loads of posts, to find the links that nedd adding.

    Does that make sense to you.

    Yes, I can't update the big list at the top of the thread every day. I can't even log on every day - I'm that busy with work for the rest of the calendar year, then it'll be time to plan my parents' 50th-anniversary party. I'll have more time next April, but until then, please have mercy on the busy volunteer... :-)

    Just updated the big list - no new items, but there is a new URL for Moonfly's "Skin Basics for Kururu."

    I'm told by the artist that the version on Renderosity is of slightly lower resolution than the version on ShareCG, but the ShareCG version will be disappearing at the end of October... so get that one while you still can.

    Edit: And I see that Moonfly has decided to leave here freebies on ShareCG. (She, like myself, misunderstood the changes that were going to be happening there next month.) I've re-edited the master Kururu freebies list to reflect this.

    Oh, and I've removed the "Wardrobe textures" section. They were all for outfits by zincster, and zincster's site has been gone for over a year now - there's no point in continuing to list add-ons for things that are no longer legally available.

    You have to register at poserclub before you can download from them.

    Thanks for all the Kururu freebies, but the PoserClub.net ones no longer work, at least for me. Make the most of them no longer work, except the ShareCG and the site where you get Kururu.
