Custom Actions Keep Disappearing

Custom Actions keep disappearing on me.
It seems randomly they just all vanish.
In the customize menu it shows a bunch of random IDs but the text for them is gone.
This happened again for me when my PC reset overnight,
I have started rebuilding them (again) but I'd like to know why they keep vanishing.

I have found them and backed them up, but I'm sure I won't remember reguarly.
Window>Workspace>Save Layout
The current files are in %appdata%/daz 3d/studio4/ - Customactions.dsx has the actual customactions. Theya re stored by relative paths (locationwithin a content directory) if possible, so anything that breaks those will leave only the GUID (the code) in menus and toolbars that were pointing to the actions.
