Can I create a hairstyle in Carrara and use it in DAZ Studio as a prop?

I've been trying to use the Look At My Hair Plugin, but it crashes constantly. Looking for an alternative solution. I prefer doing character renders in DAZ as I like 3Delight a lot. Thanks!

AFAIK you can't export Carrara dynamic hair
Yet
ask Philemo
Sighman found a way to make it so Carrara hair will render in Octane, which I think proves the point that it can be done at least in theory.
However the short answer is that currently no, Carrara hair cannot be brought into Studio for rendering. Currently there are only 2 options for getting Carrara hair, which is the Carrara native renderer or Octane 4 Carrara plugin.
Oh well. Thanks, guys!

what can be done, not terribly helpful to you or me I know
This code is for exporting hair to an application that support it (Mitsuba, Octane, hopefully Luxrender/luxcore). If studio had such a feature, it would be easy.
Exporting it to a mesh is a loosing proposition. I've tried and it explodes the memory just creating the mllion vertices required, so I gave it up.
I can finish it and create a plugin for Windows (I don't have a mac) if you really need it, but beware of the memory impact
I'm thinking about another approch which is faking it through a volumetric which could be converted more easily, but I have to do more experiments
It may be useful even if a warning needed, as one could always use extra large fewer strands and the styling ability to create a prop hair that could be UV mapped and transmapped.
I have actually used Anything grows this way already but harder to style.
LAMH I do too but the advantage of Carrara hair would be the ability to drape and collide before creating the mesh.
You could of course build a prop hair in Carrara and use that, but a very different procedure to do that.
