Anyone else seeing this sort of render abberation with 4.5?

I've been getting this all morning. About the only thing that is the same between all the files I am working on is HSS.

Its random, somewhat unpredictable. Sometimes I need to shut down the program to get it to render correctly.

Note: its the yellow bands I am talking about, just to be clear. They should not be there.

I just did a 120 frame animation and about, say, 5 or 6 of them had the skin of the Genesis flash red.
