Help! Mike D's Fairytale Book!

Hi, I bought an Asset from the store called Fairytale book by Mike D. I cant find any support for it... No support email or anything. Just a PDF file which when I try to follow it to open the book and flip the pages, it does NOT work and I am following the PDF to the letter.....

Has anyone used this asset? Or, is there any way to get support for using it properly? I haven't been able to find any tutorial videos on it either. The product page is @ https://www.daz3d.com/the-fairytale-book
