Not sure what makes this product have bending heels.
Sometimes if I apply a pose preset, it even bends more.
Anyone knows how to fix this?
I use its foot pose preset, also still bends.

Yes, there're similar cases in other high heels products as well... you can fix them -:
- with figure's A-pose + Feet pose, export the shoes to Blender with Base resolution, use Grab brush to make the heels straighter
- Import the shoes back as a Base Fix morph (Reverse + Delta Only).
- pJCM will be fine in such a way. If there's still some bend, just fix pJCMs
- Save all modified morph assets.
You can also adjust weight maps -- there are some video tutorials on YouTube.
Technically, yes.. but actually tweaking weight will make it doomed, in most of the cases, if one bends the figure's foot then... Since OP knows Blender, strongly suggest go for it. Or if one owns Mesh Grabber, he also can mostly fix it in DS then save a fix orph on the shoes.
I'm not sure the solution would be to export to a modeling app then fiddle around with the weight maps.
That seems like alot of work to keep the heels from distorting.
Thats not a very convenient pair of shoes to use if that is going to be how one gets them to fit correctly and not distort.
Maybe try the "adjust rigging to shape" would work.
If it's a G3/7 character maybe the characters heel is bent for some reason.
Some shoes come with a slider one must adjust for fit morphs.
I don't know what shoes those are, so I can't try them out myself to see the probelm.
The problem is that when the weights are projected into the model by the Transfer Utility it goes by proximity, and the heels are closer to different parts of the foot along their length. Anything distant from the body is going to require progressively more adjustment compared to a skin-tight item.
