Is it possible to use G8 full body attachements like Dforce Thicket on G9 figure?

That depends. GeoGrafts will not graft, and dForce hair will not work where it grows from the base mesh at least. It looks as if Thicket uses dForce Hair, so I would not have any great hope of its converting well (or at least, it might convert OK but anything that caused it to regenerate the emsh, such as saving and reloading, might well break it).
