One should not love while on guard
("female guard" felt a bit too boring)
postwork done with photoshop CS4
while it took a lot of time to set up the scene and lighting again, it still wasn`t where it probably should be.
i had photoshop auto-correct colour, contrast asf, but it was way roo much for my taste.
therefore i put it on a different layer and only accepted it with 30% opacity.
After that i created the border, and i made another layer where i pushed up the dynamics and lowered the saturation to zero.
Set it to about 30% opacity again. Guess that was all for the changes, unless i forgot something..
(EDIT: i am not sure if the light isn`t a bit harsh now. it looks just right on my working monitor, but too bright on the secondary)
Would had loved to try canvases too, and i probably will, another day. But for this challenge, i fear its not enough time to figure all of it out.
Still want to fix some things on another challenge entry.
EDIT: something went wrong with the quote..
question was meant to be directed @Linwelly
btw... the rules state, that it has to be uploaded as ".jpg" . thats why i switched mine from ".png". Now, that i checked the entry you commented on, i saw it was ".png".
I wonder if it would be a disqualified entry if one would fail to obide the rule? (i admit, i would prefer to stick with .png too, but i wanted to be on the safe side)

it is no matter to the challenge if it's a png or a jpg, jpg's are lighter on the serverside that's why it's generally advised to use them when adding an image to the post but it has no impact on the participation qualification
