I got a hold of this recently and have been testing it to some degree with Genesis 9 and the base settings are not great. As many have noted the presets produce only the smallest amount of movement. If you use the custom setting option however and enter the numbers as follows (descending order) 20 / 0 / 0 / 20 / 20 and then run the script you'll find that you get quite a bit more realistic movement. Apparently the key is to go way over and under the preset options. For "bouncy" for example, settings are 2 / -10 / 2 / 1.5 / 6.5 - so you can see how I went overboard on the settings to get more effect. All in all it's pretty darn good I think. My question (and I ask here because I can't find a way to contact the vendor directly) is can we expect any future additions to this script for say belly and buttocks? There have been some recent and very awesome larger female characters coming out by a vendor who I know I'll get hammered for mentioning here (not DAZ obviously) and being able to animate full body would be the coolest.

Also, just tossing it out there DAZ...soft body physics....soft body physics...soft...well you get the idea I hope.

If anyone else has the script, let me know how my settings work for you. I'm interested to see if I'm the only one getting results with that. Have not tried it on G8. Only working with G9 these days.

Oh on another post relating to this product someone noted that everytime they entered numbers into the custom box they would just revert back to the preset numbers. That seems to happen if you hit the ENTER key after changing the numbers. Try changing the numbers and just clicking into the next field. They stay when you do that. When you fill in the last box just hit the button at the bottom to start the script - don't hit ENTER at any point. That worked for me anyway and I was able to amp up the movements quite a bit. I'd post an animation clip to prove that but I'm afraid it would violate the TOS being as we're talking about bouncing lady parts. So if you have the product, try my pointers and see if they work. Eager for some feedback on this whole topic.

If you're interested in soft body you may like to give diffeomorphic a try. You can import the figure in blender with full softbody features. Other than having the advantage of using a full featured professional 3d package to customize and animate your daz figure. Iray materials are converted quite good.

Ah, i was looking at the product in the thread title. Though looking at Dfast and the readme, I'm not seeing a reason why it wouldn't be able to work on g9, or pretty much any posable figure.

This script is not limited to the figure, as long as the selected target is a Figure... It just calculates and sets collisions in between the target nodes on the timeline, so even on a single garment, it also works ~
