transform character into another?

Is there a way to transform one character into another?   Say start with an alien, then turn it into a women, or man?

Probably beyond my skill set, but give something to work on.

Sure, for eg. if you look at Rawart's store - see the characters which say "for Genesis 9" ... on the Parameter or Shaping tab there will be dials for those morphs. Simply dial them in or out as desired.
