Converting G8 skin to G9 to allow using Skin Builder?

Hey all.
i saw "Skin Builder 8 for Genesis 8 Female(s)" and want to purchase it, but i focus on G9 characters now.
While i did see there are version for G2,G3 and G8, it's been a while since G9 came out and i don't know if they will ever make a G9 version.

Skin Detailer for G9 appears to be a lesser solution and does not have all of the options i want.

This leaves me with the option of making my skins of G8 and converting them go G9 before applyign them, is that possible? and if so, how?

There are two products in the store (well, only two that I know of so far) that could help.

Legacy UVs for Genesis 9 adds geografts to the Gen9 figure to which any Gen8 skin texture (including one you made with Skin Builder) can then be applied.

RSSY Genesis 8 and 8.1 Female Material Suit  adds an external coating to the Gen9 figure and lets you apply Gen8 textures (again it should work with ones from Skin Builder)

According to what I have read (I don't own either of them), they each have advantages and disadvantages - and NOTE that you can only use Skin Builder 8 textures on Gen9 for your own personal use according to it's licence, even though it is sold as a merchant resource for use on Gen8 figures for sale.

Hey, i appriciate the info!, ill try to figure out if they will work for me before purchase.
Sigh, i wish they would release a builder for G9

Regarding the license, hopfully that too is an indication they are planing to make a G9 version.
