Thumbnails not updating when saving files in 4.22

Is anyone else having an issue where thumbnails are showing older versions of saved files in the latest Studio 4.22? This is proving to be a bit of a problem for me, and I just wondered if it's already been mentioned or if there is a fix. Thanks.

This is a known issue, which is being worked on, as far as I know.
