Getting to Props

Just purchased a Wedding Ring prop., that I installed under DS4.5 Pro. However, I'm having difficulty getting to it. As per instructions, the prop was installed in
My Library/Runtime/Libraries/props/Wedding_Ring_Props
however, I can't seem to access that location from within DS4.5 Pro
Before i contact vendor, I'd like to know if I might have set up DS4.5 Pro wrong. The rings are for V4,M4 and G(enesis), and I have tried moving them to another directory My Library/People/Genesis/Props/Wedding_Ring_Props and I can see them, they just don't load.
Any help would be appreciated.

    The My Library/Runtime folder is accessed through Poser Formats in the Content Library tab. If you put Poser format files in the People folder (DAZ Studio Fomats) they won be seen, only DS formats will be displayed there.
