HS Whispering Waves Hair Clipping Issue

I'm using [HS Whispering Waves] this hair for a character and when I move the head side to side the hair clips through the face and doesn't follow the direction of the head. Is there something I can do to fix this?

Have you tried using the morphs on the hair?

I have yes, for the most part they just make it worse.
