Trouble with PA Inez Bun for Genesis 9, 8, and 8.1

I tried using the PA Inez Bun G8 on my Genesis 8.1 figure. I noticed when I bend the figure's waist, hip, or the neck, the hair from the Bun stretchs out. I also get the same effect on a regular G8 figure.

The PA Inez Bun meant for a Genesis 9 figure doesn't have the same effect and work properly.

Yes, the issue results from the wrong weight on Head and Bun face groups. If you wanna learn how to fix such an issue, you may, for the time being, quickly do it by yourself as the attached screenshots...
