Tag Lines in Forum Posts

How does one do a permanent tag line in these forums?  Can't seem to find the right spot and I am sure its starting me right in the face.

    go to your profile by clicking on your name, click on the gear icon and then "Edit Profile"  and there, down at the bottom of the list, you will see "signature Settings"
