Bake overlay textures?

Is there a way to bake all the different texture overlays into one texture?

I've tried using the shader baker but it just makes a darker version of the base texture and every thread online about baking textures is either about something different or gets derailed into something irrelevant.

    For what purpose?

  • You need to remember that those maps control differnt aspects of the way the surface interacts with lights - bake them to a single diffuse map and you will no longer get those interactions, it will just capture a single light set up 9at best).
