Sketchy toon shaders/ToonyCam Pro

I'm messing around with the Sketchy toon shaders. i can't seem to get an outline arournd the eyes and lips, no matter how thick i set the outline. i'm trying for a flat illustration. Any help?

 

edit: Or does anyone remember that old ToonyCam Pro and how to make an OutlineID for G8?
