    Questions...

    - Can this be used to place words and phrases on clothing?

Sort of by adjusting the thickness of the leters to as thin as possible.

    - And, are other fonts available for use with this? I guess what I'm asking is, will the program locate and use my PC's installed font library?

Not directly but you can use another program such as the Font to Messh Express Converter (https://www.daz3d.com/font-to-mesh-express-converter) to create the letters from any of your installed fonts and then use those letters with the Phrase Maker scripts.

Since the script is encrypted it is tagged with the DS version from which it was saved and will not work in an older version. Only ASCII scripts (.dsa) will work in a version of DS older than that from which they were saved.

Thanks for that info.  I guess we will need to consider encrypting in older version of DS4 prior to release for maximum compatibility.

Is there any chance that Phrase Maker and its expansion pack scripts will be updated to work in DS4.7?

YES, you can use Phrase-Maker compatible fonts and shapes to place words and phrases on clothing and other prop accessories in your Daz Studio renders (scenes and animations).

YES, there are now fonts and shapes available to use with other Phrase-Maker scripts and props.  Unfortunately, your PC's installed fonts are not 3D.

However, you can check out our New and free TUFFY 3D font at this thread:
