unhiding dials

So i have been doing a bit of kit bashing and as I was cleaning up the finished item I 

got to thinking it would be a good idea to rename and hide some of the unwanted pose dials.

only i clicked and hid a wrong one. (I know muppet)

anyway how the hell do I unhide it. I have clicked the unhide tabs in the pose window but they refuse to show up again?

I believe it's the little hamburger menu on the top right of the parameters tab > Hidden > Show Hidden or something like that.

Select the hidden property you want to unhide, go into its little hamburger menu > Settings > uncheck the Hidden checkbox

 

It should be similar to that. Working from memory.

If you're not seeing the options, try going into Edit mode
