Help transfer the scene from blender

Please help me transfer the scene from blender. Every time I move the scene the textures disappear (link to scene https://open3dlab.com/project/37446/).

80% of the textures are missing from the "textures" folder. There are no textures in the room at all

Apart from that, textures almost never survive fully intact after transferring from one program to another, and you should expect to do at least a little retexturing any time you do so.
