    This is a bluejaunte character, presumably an early G8 one given when the hair was published. It's tough to say exactly which one, but I think it's Carmen.

    She doesn't look the same as Carmen

    On review, the numbers aren't with me: Carmen was released after the Shirley hair. This might be the Misha shape that's bundled with Misumi; it's almost certainly Misumi's fibermesh brows, at least.
