I have been searching for a while, trying to identify what assets have been used in an abandoned game I recently came across, but i have had little to no luck.

Any help? It would be greatly appreciated

That's Victoria 8.1's skin, but it's definitely not her morph, so this is a mix and therefore impossible to accurately ID. Sorry.
