WARNING: Clearing cart does NOT reset tokens to 0

I had item in my cart with tokens applied.

I did a clear cart so I could purchase a Fastgrab before it expired.

I put the item in my cart and quickly went throught checkout.

When I rebuild my cart later, there were NO tokens available.

My Fastgrab purchase had unfortunately used all 6 of them.

    I thought that was fixed in the inital run, maybe it broken when the rules were revised (or I am misremembering). Anyway, I have pointed it out.

    Nope not fixed. However, using the minus function to reduce the coupos to zero now changes the apply button to read "Remove Tokens" which makes it clearer that you actually have to click that button to remove them. 

    That said, if you submit a ticket explaining what happened customer service might be able to correct your error.

    I know it is doing that now - it was a matter of whether it was "still" or "again", I suspect "again".

    I've got a full cart so I daren't try now, but it was clearing tokens for me 2 days ago when I last tried.

    It's not automatically clearing tokens for me when I clear my cart. I have to remove them manually by reducing the number to zero and then clicking the "Remove Tokens" button.

    I just use the plus or minus symbols on it to return it to what it had been. I've changed my mind on using the tokens for a specific item and I just use the plus (+) to bring it back up to what it was before I tried to use them. I also use the minus (-) to use only a few of my tokens rather than using all of them at once.

    But one must also remember to Apply the change, changing the number is not enough
