[SOLVED] MakeUp? (G9, Iray, SSS)

Hello,

For some strass effect, metallic flakes seem to be ok, but LIE for eyeliner or blush tend to be too transparent when SSS and translucency are used. How to apply a makeup with more opacity, less blending, without "killing" the SSS/translucency that is rather usefull to render skin? Any tips?

    For PBR skin (most G9) there is a makeup channel.

    I've tested but... it's not really versatile.

    UPDATE : That's not what I call something "clean", but the best solution so far is to add LIE both to base color and to SSS with slight transparency for both LIEs.

    Just simply set proper value in Opacity with LIE as needed... Make a good mask beforehand.

    Yes, if you use Iray Uber shader, synchronize Base + Translucency maps with LIE, while with PBRSkin, you don't need to do so as MakeUp is a separate Layer with Weight.

    Ok. I've found the problem with the Makeup parameter, it was a misuse of the mask in "makeup weight".
