Anybody know what figure was used for today's Makeup System-Dramatic Makeup promo?

It looks like Van Helsing mixed with a toon shape. Compare:

Note the faint mole above the upper lip on the right (viewer's left). There are other matching moles, but that's an obvious one.

Thanks, I was thinking van Helsing but the toon style threw me off.
