hi,

i bought carrara 8.5. Now i would like use it with daz studio. I exported already something. But my problem is when i do animation with daz, i do bake animation but i haven't any animation into carrara. Why? How i need do?

    It should work if you've saved the Daz Scene,. then load that Scene ito Carrara.

    your animation should be baked to the timeline before you save the scene in Studio

    You can also save out the animation as a Pose Preset from Daz Studio,. and load that as an animation

     

    It may help s to help you, if you can give a little more information about what you're doing ,. some daz Studio Plugins or effects will not work in Carrara.

    Figure animation works in Carrara as long as it's been baked to the timeline in Studio.

     

    Carrara has a more complete set of animation features than Studio,. you should really try to use Carrara, rather than transferring from DS.

    Carrara can load the figure, cothing, poses etc. from the content browser in that same way that Studio or Poser does.
