What is the Throne/Chair in dForce Witch Outfit Main Promo?

As stated I've been looking for like 5 hours now, I wantz the throne, I needz the throne but it is hiding from me 
Anyone know where to find it? All I've found so far are png/tube type images of it but not the actual mesh.

It looks like the Royal Throne by Hypertaf. It used to be sold here and now it's at the shard store.
