carerra on sale?

I noticed Carerra is on sale. I've been animating with daz 4.8 animate2 and Keymate...going well. But is Carerra something to look at to up my game? I don't make models so the modeling side of it is less interesting to me than upping my animation game. The biggist obstacle to my work now is lack of motion blur in Iray renders.
