Product does not install

I purchased https://www.daz3d.com/pose-architect-for-genesis-8-females, but installing it has failed several times. I've done it through the Daz install tab, and I've used the Daz Installer. Every time I install it, the image is a trangle with an exclmation mark. And it says error when I try and click on the script. I can't find a way to get this working. Anyone else run into issues like this?

    Please use the store link, https://www.daz3d.com/pose-architect-for-genesis-8-females , not the Product Library link as the latter will work only for those who have purchased.

    Did you uninstall the product through DS before trying to install through DIM?

    I first used the the istall tab in daz studio, then I unistaled it. I then used DIM. Same effect.

    Pose Architect is a set of Pose Control dials that you access from the Parameters pane.  Please refer to the readme to see instructions for use.
