I've seen no Head Propagating Scale on V4 except for HeadSize property which just changes Scale of Head node...

V4 is pre-genesis that means old technology, if you look at the release date it's 2006 that's almost twenty years ago. You can't expect genesis features as head propagating scale or full body morphs or conforming outfits in V4 V3 figures. Indeed it is much better to use genesis wearing V4 outfits, I mean Victoria 5, rather than using V4 herself.

HeadSize property looks like it should work good, thanks crosswind

Padone, I know it would be nice for updated technology, but I just use v4 cause I like the vintage look and m4 has the most interesting face morphs if you askme such as man in the mirror

thank you for all the info,

a general question on head size, since each figure is made at a different height the scale and the head will vary for one character

but sometimetimes the chin goes higher and sometimes the top of the head goes higher so If you take 2 guides , one for the chin, one for the top of your head and scale down the  head to fit like old one did right in between the 2 guides (such as panes is what i use for the guides) often times the neck will become elongated-is there a way to make the neckj length be shorter on any figure v4 genesis or g8?

For G8 there's "neck length" in the standard body morphs, other generations have similar packages.
