Where can we purchase the cat woman suit in the promotional images of the product page for Juniper.

There are a couple of Juniper characters in the store, I guess you mean this one https://www.daz3d.com/juniper-hd-for-genesis-8-female in which case I would suspect it is custom or kit-bashed for mutliple elements.

There are a bunch of Batman Returns-inspired Catwoman getups. It's not an exact match, but secondcircle's is quite similar.
