Prompt Problems

Although I was disappointed that the first AI product turned out to be "just" an image generator, I couldn't resist messing with it.

It would be nice to have a way to flag images where the AI has clearly failed to understand the prompt. (Can the AI learn through negative reinforcement?)

For example, I have in mind the image of a serene desert scene, seeing the top half of an obelisk behind the curve of a smooth sand dune. So: dune in the foreground, obelisk in the middle ground, and other dunes off in the distance.

In early images specifying the dune first, the obelisk always came out very tiny and far off in the distance. So I hit upon the idea of specifying the obelisk first, and say that it is partially hidden behind the dune. The AI doesn't understand the concept of obscuring something you have specified. I also can't find a way to tell it the obelisk should not taper sharply. Each one it renders tapers sharper than the last.

I lost most of my prompts due to a browser crash, but my most recent attempts were:

• egyptian obelisk with consistent thickness, half hidden by a white sand dune
• thick egyptian obelisk which does not taper sharply, half hidden by a white sand dune
• white sand dune in front of a large egyptian obelisk
