Contacting vendors

Can anyone tell me how to contact a vendor about a defective product?  I just purchased Zeddicus's "Z Ultimated Handgun" pose and prop set and none of the poses work.

    Daz does support on the PA products, so you will need to submit a ticket. If the PA posts to the forum you can see if there is a commercial thread on the product so you can PM them.

    Is the gun partented as the pose expects (probably to one hand)?
